Transferring your LEI in United Kingdom
If your United Kingdom entity already holds an LEI with another LOU, you can transfer its management to TNV-LEI at no cost. The existing ISO 17442-1 LEI code remains the same; only the managing LOU changes.
Reporting During an LEI Transfer
During the transfer, the LEI record may show Pending Transfer status. which FCA-registered UK trade repositories accept for United Kingdom reporting. Your UK MiFIR and UK EMIR submissions are not interrupted.

- Sign a short Letter of Authorisation.
